Hi, I'm Natalie

I'm a London-based brand identity designer with over 20 years' experience across agency, in-house and freelance roles. I've worked with brands including NET-A-PORTER, THE OUTNET, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, M&S and Ted Baker, creating everything from window display graphics and in-store event invitations to children's point-of-sale illustration and hand-lettered typography for a Vogue advert.

After years of building brands for some of the biggest names in retail, I set up Neat London to bring that same level of craft and thinking to founders and growing businesses.

Hand-drawn, never templated

Illustration and hand-lettering have always been at the heart of my work, and they're a big part of what makes a Neat London brand different. Where a lot of branding today starts with a template or an AI prompt, mine starts with a pencil. I weave hand-drawn elements into my brand identities, giving each one a distinctive, human layer that can't be copied and helps my clients stand apart.

Working with me

When you work with Neat London, you work directly with me from the first conversation to final guidelines. There are no handovers, just senior-level thinking, a considered process and a brand built around your business. Brand identity projects start from £1,800.
